About
Hi my name is Valarie! I've worked at high end salons both commission and booth rental. while helping mentor over a dozen new stylists become successful behind the chair. Teaching them more than just hair techniques, but adding value to their business, social media, and more!
I knew I was ready for an assistant when I was booked 6 weeks out, had a waitlist of 10 or more at all times, and wasn't wanting to raise my prices again. But by hiring an assistant I was still able to double my income while creating more flexibility and freedom in my personal life.
Now I want to help other business minded stylists step into the role of being a mentor to new stylists. Helping them become confident in their business behind the chair!
